Meet Joanie. As a former professional dancer and pillar in the pre & postnatal community in NYC, Joanie Johnson brings you a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has honed her coaching skills over the past 17 yrs of teaching dance, movement and fitness. In that time she built a successful pregnancy & postnatal fitness studio in NYC, been featured in numerous publications such as Fast Company, Women's Health and Parents, and influenced over 4000 birthing and parenting bodies. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Diastasis and Core Consultant and PregnancySāf™ Coach through Fit For Birth®. She is passionate about driving the fitness industry towards establishing safe, smart and research forward standards when it comes to training preconception through postpartum bodies.
